Copyright Infringement Notification
Long Island Dads respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content posted on our platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a notification under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice
To file a DMCA takedown notice, please send the following information to our designated copyright agent:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and its location on the Service (e.g., a URL).
- Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification. Counter-notifications must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.
Repeat Infringers
The Service will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers.
