  • Basic usage analytics (page views, device type) via hosting provider
  • IP address for rate limiting and abuse prevention

  • Exact street addresses
  • Phone numbers
  • Social Security numbers or government IDs
  • Financial or payment information (handled by Shopify)
  • Personal information of children under 13

  • Provide and operate the Service

  • Display your profile to other community members
  • Enforce our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
  • Prevent abuse, spam, and fraud

  • Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage (hosted in the US)
  • Vercel — hosting and deployment
  • Shopify — merchandise checkout (purchases are processed by Shopify under their privacy policy)

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We implement reasonable safeguards including:

  • Passwords hashed by our authentication provider (never stored in plaintext)
  • All data transmitted over TLS/HTTPS
  • Environment secrets for API keys and credentials
  • Row-level security on database tables

7. Children's Privacy

This Service is directed at adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided information on our platform, please contact us immediately.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account data as long as your account is active. Deleted content may be retained in backups for a limited period. You may request account deletion by contacting us.

9. Your Rights

You may access, correct, or delete your personal information through your profile settings. For requests we cannot handle through the app, contact us at the address below.

For users in New York, we implement reasonable safeguards for the protection of personal information as required under applicable law, including secure storage, access controls, and audit logging.
